For engineers and consultancies

Calculations you can sign, records you can audit.

The agent designs the machine as code and calculates it to the standard: bolts, bearings, shafts, welds, buckling, anchors, timber. Every calculation is validated against the standard's own tables, goes into a report your engineer checks and signs, and every release is kept with who approved it.

Calculated to the standard

Checked against the standard's own tables.

Each calculation has test cases against a standard's table or a hand calculation from its formulas: 89 cases across 15 standards and methods, held by tests that run on every change. The largest deviation is 1.0 %, where VDI 2230's table rounds the torque to whole N·m.

PDM, built in

Every part numbered, every change on record.

Item numbers, revisions, documents and change orders live next to the code, not in a system beside it. The agent registers, revises and assesses; a named person checks, approves and releases. When the code changes after a release, the parts, documents and evidence it touches are flagged.

Items and revisions

Every part and assembly numbered, the BOM in levels, where used, and STEP and BOM out for your PDM or ERP in its own columns.

Document control

Numbers, revisions and status; each release frozen with its files' hashes, the code it was made from and a git tag.

Change orders

A requested change assessed before anyone approves it: the parts reshaped, checks changed, BOM rows and documents to revise.

Audit and traceability

Who did what in a hash chain that shows tampering; each requirement tied to its checks and the report section that holds the evidence.

From an example run: a lift unit designed for a fictitious firm and its client, before anyone has signed. The PDM page refuses a signature from a script: only a person, in the app or at a terminal.

The calculation report

A person signs. The agent never can.

Every check becomes a calculation record: its inputs and their sources, the standard's method, the result against its limit. The cover names the model's revision and commit and has the fields for who prepared, checked and approved it, as PDF, Word in your firm's look, and Markdown, in English or Swedish.

CE and compliance

The technical file, built with the machine.

The risk assessment reads the same model as the design: the crushing points come from the motion, the guard openings from the guard.

Risk register

Hazards with PLr after EN ISO 13849-1, each measure verified by a check.

Crushing and guards

Crushing and shearing points from the motion (EN ISO 13854), guard openings against EN ISO 13857.

Machinery Regulation

The Annex III checklist with evidence, the Annex IV technical file's index, the declaration drafted.

Suppliers

What each supplier must declare for RoHS and REACH, and the EN 10204 certificates to ask for.

A machine from a brief

Two lines in, a machine that holds 0.05 mm out.

Production

How each part is made, planned before you order.

Make lays every part out the way a shop makes it, in the numbers a shop quotes from. Change what it chose and the plan follows.

What you get

Files a shop can quote from.

Drawings with a hole table and general tolerances, flat patterns, moulding drawings, cut files and a bill of materials, kept next to the code.

Examples

Machined, bent and moulded.

Runs from a one-paragraph brief, each with its drawings, checks and files to download.
